The Forchlauf is an evening run organised annually by the ASVZ. The race is organised in three different categories (21.1 km / 15.1 km / 7.4 km) with net time measurement. Not only ASVZ members can take part, but anyone who is infected with the running virus.

The Cybathlon is an international competition for people with disabilitiessupported by the latest technology. Volunteers are still needed for the event.

Researchers from ETH Zurich and the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences have developed a novel solution for heat pumps.
